Drug & Gun Charges Against Dante Cunningham Dropped
Former Villanova Wildcats star Dante Cunningham has had the drug possession, drug paraphranelia, and BB gun charges against him dropped according to the Philadelphia Inquirer. Cunningham was arrested in May when Radnor police stopped his truck and found a BB gun, a smoking pipe/partially smoked blunt, and small amount of marijuana.
No word was given on why the judge decided to drop the charges, but Dante will still have to pay a $225 fine for overly-wide wheels and a bumper that was too high off the ground. This next part is almost too good.
The fine covered the fact that his silver car was making "unreasonable noise," said Cunningham's attorney, Theodore Simon.
"The car's a diesel; it makes a lot of noise," Simon said later in a phone interview from his Philadelphia office.
Can't you hear that boom, badoom, boom, boom, badoom, boom, bass, Dante's got that super bass!
I've personally never heard of such fines, but hey, if it gets rid of the drug charges, I'm sure Dante is all for it. Where the hell was this attorney during the JayVaughn Pinkston saga?!

Agreed on hoops season starting. Football is depressing me.
I prematurely shot my wad, if you will, on what was supposed to be a dry run, and now it looks like I have something of a mess on my hands.
