Villanova Football Team Racks Up CAA Honors
The Colonial Athletic Conference Released their All-CAA Teams today and the Villanova Wildats players came away with a lot of honors.
First off, Angelo Babbaro was named the Special Teams Player of the Week after returning the opening kickoff 85 yards for a touchdown against Delaware this weekend. In addition to that, he played a stellar game in general. A well-deserved award.
Here are the Wildcats that garnered All-CAA Honors:
First Team
WR Norman White, OL Ben Ijalana, OL Brant Clouser, LB Marquis Kirkland, LB Terrell Thomas
Second Team
QB Chris Whitney, DB Fred Maldonado, P Dom Scarnecchia
Third Team
RB Aaron Ball, OL Dan Shirey, DL Thomas Weaver, DL Antoine Lewis, DB Jimmy Pitts, DB John Dempsey

Thought Ball would make 2nd team and Babbaro 3rd team….oh well!
My father was a military man. Guess I wasn't such a 'good soldier.' Anyways, when I was 35 he attempted to give me a crew-cut while I was asleep. I woke up, broke his arm, haven't seen him since.
